What is your return policy?
Customers can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For any products that arrive damaged, please contact us (gamergrindcustomerservice@gmail.com) with an image of the damaged product, and we will issue a refund or send a new product.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for incorrect or damaged items. Discounted items are not eligible for returns.
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
We have plans to expand internationally, but right now do not have the capability to do so.
